The drugsinduced AIA were cyclo-oxygenase(COX) inhibitors with high ratios of COX2/COX1(IC_(50)). About 46.7% of the patients complicated with nasal polyp, and 81.7% with nasal sinusitis.

• 诱发阿司匹林性哮喘的药物为解热镇痛药及非甾体抗炎药(Non-steroid anti-inflammation drugs NSAIDs)，皆属环氧化酶(cyclo-oxygenase COX)抑制剂，且COX2/COX1(IC_(50))比值较大。
