The distribution of VEGF in placenta is similar in ICP and NLP ,but quantum expression of VEGF is significantly lower in ICP than that of VEGF in NLP, there is positive correlation between quantum expression of VEGF and vascular density of NLP .

• ICP患者与NLP相比，胎盘VEGF表达部位基本相同，表达在合体滋养细胞、细胞滋养层细胞、血管内皮细胞和绒毛间质细胞，但表达量有差异，ICP组表达量明显降低，且与血管密度正相关。
