The challenge nowadays is to build a scalable learning resource management framework enabling the effective, accurate, semantic-based retrieval of learning resources, in a way that adapts to the characteristics and interests of the users.

• 本文基于语义Web的思想,研究学习资源的语义表示和组织管理模型,提高学习资源的可重用性,建立异构数据源之间的语义互联,实现动态环境下学习资源的准确查找和动态聚合,为学习者提供个性化的学习服务。
