The analysis of XRD,FE-SEM,EDAX indicated that high phase purity and crystallinity for the NSP process could be obtained,and low sintering temperature and high ion conductivity could be gotten for the OSP process.

• 利用XRD；FE SEM；EDAX测试分析；结果表明:在同样的烧结温度下；NSP过程制得的材料具有更高的相纯度和结晶度；而OSP过程则具有较低的烧结合成温度和较高的离子电导率.
