Should the Insured insure with Basic Top Up Medical Plan and Optional Hospital and Surgical Plan simultaneously, the deductible under Basic Top Up Medical Plan shall not be applicable.

• 如受保人同時投保基本住院附加醫療保障計劃及自選住院及手術保障計劃，基本住院附加醫療保障計劃下之墊底費將不適用。
