Results:Tracheotomy was applied in 171 cases,and cricothyroid laryngotomy was performed in 7 cases among these patients.

• 结果171例困难气管切开病例均成功进行气管切开术,其中环甲膜切开7例,气管切开成功率100%25,无术中死亡病例发生。
