Results:Placental factors, uterine rupture, atony of uterus, late state postpartum hemorrhage, amnionic fluid embolism,obstetrical DIC etc were the cause of hysterectomy in obstetrical emergencies.

• 结果:产科急症子宫切除的原因主要为胎盘因素、子宫破裂、子宫收缩乏力、晚期产后出血、羊水栓塞、产科DIC等。手术方式为子宫次全切除19例,子宫全切除13例。
