Results: 46, of 49 cases in this study, were successful and 3 were transfer to open surgery.The residual stones in 4 patients were extracted via fistulous tract of T-tube drainage and 1 was via est.

• 结果：该组49例中46例手术成功，3例中转开腹，4例残石经"T"管瘘道取出，1例残石经EST取出，2例胆漏，经引流痊愈。
