Results of the two kinds of molecular markers showed as follows:(1) The genome DNA of cassava was obtained with the improved method of CTAB, their concentration and purity is enough for PCR amplification and digest.

• 改良CTAB法适宜提取木薯基因组DNA,浓度与纯度均满足PCR与酶切的需要。 (2)两种分子标记方法分析的品种之间遗传相似系数都较高。
