Results 61 cases of stage I appendectomy and internal drainage were all successfulv.conservative treatment was applied to 28 cases of appendix abscesss.27 cases were cured by antibiotic.

• 结果手术行I期阑尾切除术加腹腔引流术61例,术后均痊愈,28例阑尾脓肿均用抗菌素保守治疗,除1例造成肠梗阻行手术治疗外,均保守成功。
