Result All the 34 DRS patients had emergent lienectomy, with 33 cases of recovery and 1 case of death of encephalon hernia with the syndrome of severe skull trauma.

• 结果34例急诊患者均行脾切除术，33例痊愈出院，1例合并严重颅脑外伤，术后死于脑疝。
