Positive rates of HMB45, S-100, Vimentin staining were 96.8%(30/31), 80.6%(25/31), 100%(31/31) respectively, while none showed immunoreactivity with NSE, Keratin, LCA, HHF35. Conclusion HMB45 may be a specific marker for AMM.
