Observe the changes of the patients of clinical symptoms and signs,serum hormones (LH,FSH,E2,T,INS) levels,basic body temperature(BBT)and those of ultrasonic examination.

• 治疗前后测定血清LH、FSH、E2、T、INS水平及B超检查，比较治疗前后各激素水平及B超变化，并观察治疗前后临床表现与中医证候改善情况及基础体温(BBT)的变化。
