Objectives: To study the relationship between the expression of Fas antigen and bcl 2 oncoprotein in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and noncancerous tissues as well as the significance in tumor genesis of HCC.

• 目的：探讨人体肝细胞癌患者癌及癌旁组织中Fas抗原的原位表达、分布，并与抗凋亡基因产物bcl－2蛋白比较，探讨Fas抗原在肝细胞癌形成过程中的生物学意义。
