Objective:To illustrate the effect on myeloma cells with TK gene by GCV.Methods:By using RV HSV TK gene system and MTT technique, the growth inhibited effect on myeloma cells with TK gene by GCV were analysed.

• 目的 :探讨更昔洛韦对转染 TK基因的骨髓瘤细胞生长的抑制作用。 方法 :应用缺陷型反转录病毒介导的 TK基因系统 (RV- HSV- TK)转染骨髓瘤细胞 ,采用细胞增生实验 (MTT法 ) ,研究更昔洛韦对转染 TK基因的骨髓瘤细胞株的抑制作用。
