Objective: To study the effects of Chinese herbs TangAnYe(TAY) on plasma endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) in gastric tissues in experimental animals, we established the rat model of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).

• 建立大鼠糖尿病胃轻瘫的模型，运用实验检测指标，研究复方中药糖安液灌胃、灌肠对血浆内皮素及一氧化氮的影响，并探讨糖安液防治糖尿病胃轻瘫的作用机制。
