Objective: To evaluate the reliability of microvessel count (MVC) of endoscopic biopsy of the rectal cancer, and study the method to get rectal cancer tissue preoperatively.

• 目的:检验以内镜活检标本作为测定直肠癌微血管计数(MVC)材料的可靠性,探索早期获得MVC的方法。
