Objective: This study is to evaluate the effect of platelet-rich plasma (PRP), activated by different concentrations of thrombin, on the proliferation of bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) and the repair of cranial defects.

• 目的:研究不同浓度凝血酶对富血小板血浆(PRP)促骨髓基质细胞增殖作用的影响,得出促细胞增殖作用的最佳凝血酶浓度,并与常用凝血酶浓度1000U/ml比较,观察不同浓度凝血酶对PRP修复颅骨缺损的影响。
