Objective: Our aims were to study the cause of gingival changes after PFM prosthesis ,and to analyze the pathological changes property under transelectromicroscope.

• 目的 :研究金属烤瓷修复体 (porcelainfusedtometals ,PFM )修复后局部牙龈病变的原因 ,探讨PFM修复后牙龈组织在透射电子显微镜下的病理变化特点 ,为修复临床的病例选择提供参考。
