Objective To study the relationship between bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) expression and proliferating activity of osteosarcoma and detect the effect of BMP antibody on osteosarcoma cell.

• 目的 研究骨形成蛋白 ( bone morphogenetic protein,BMP)在骨肉瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤增殖活性的关系 ,并观察 BMP单抗体外对骨肉瘤细胞作用 ,为骨肉瘤的单抗治疗打下基础。
