Objective To observe the acesodyne effect,mobility and the change of serum calcium and phosphorus on metastatic carcinoma of bone treated by Bonefos,Bonin and Aredia.

• 目的 观察比较骨膦 (BONEFOS ,氯甲膦酸二钠 )、博宁 (BONIN ,帕米膦酸二钠 )、阿可达 (AREDIA ,帕米膦酸二钠 )对治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移骨痛的止痛效果 ,活动能力改善、血清钙、磷含量变化。
