Objective To explore the clinic value of oxygenation index(PO 2/FiO 2) and standing compliance (Cst) by placing 14 patient of acute lung injury (AI) on low tidal volume with positive end -expiratory pressure (PEEP) and mirroring PO 2/FiO 2 and Cst .

• 目的 对14例ALI患者采用低潮气量加呼气末正压(PEEP)通气的患者行氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)和肺静态顺应性(Cst)监测,了解此判定标准的临床意义。
