Objective To evaluate the effect of enamel matrix protein (EMP) on the attachment and proliferation of periodontal ligament cells (PDLC) on diseased cementum surfaces in vitro.

• 目的观察釉基质蛋白(EMP)对牙周膜细胞(PDLC)在牙周炎患牙牙骨质根面上附着和增殖的影响。方法用EMP处理的牙周炎患牙根片为实验组,用生理盐水处理的患牙根片和健康牙根片分别作为对照。
