Objective To analyse vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), inducible nitric oxid synthase (iNOS, NOS2) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS,NOS3) expression in giant cell tumor of bone(GCT) and their relation to angiogenesis.

• 目的：检测VEGF、NOS2和NOS3在骨巨细胞瘤组织中的表达及与肿瘤血管形成的关系，为骨巨细胞瘤的分子生物学诊断及治疗方法提供理论依据。
