No court shall have jurisdiction to hear any application for relief by or on behalf of a person whose lease has been terminated under subsection (1) in connection with such termination.

• 如任何人士之批约已根据第（1）款终止，则即使该人士或其代表就终止租约事申请补偿，法庭亦无权予以聆讯。
