Neuroendocrine cells were identified by immunohistochemical staining of chromogranin A (CgA) and neuron specific enolase (NSE). Somatostatin (SS) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) were used to identify the inclusions of neuroendocrine cells.

• 抗嗜铬素A(Chromogranin A，CgA)、抗神经元特异性烯醇化酶(Neuron specidic-enolase，NSE)记DNES细胞，抗生长抑素(Somatostatin，SS)和抗血管活性肠肽(Vasoactive intestnal peptide，VIP)检测DNES细胞的内含物。
