Microsatellite TNFc polymorphism had two alleles (TNFc1 and TNFc2) and three kinds of genotype (homozygotes TNFc1c1 and TNFc2c2, and heterozygote TNFc1c2). The genotype distribution fit Hardy Weinberg equilibrium.
