Methods:The expression of EGFR and NM23 in 82 cases of gestational trophoblastic disease and 10 cases of normal placenta were tested with immunohistochemical method.

• 方法:以免疫组化法检测了82例妊娠性滋养细胞疾病患者及10例正常胎盘组织中EGFR与NM23的表达水平。结果:恶性滋养细胞肿瘤与葡萄胎相比,EGFR表达水平明显减低。
