Methods:180 cases of patients with palate cleft were divided into A and B group.There were 90 cases in every group.The wounds of A group were sutured with non-absorbable suture.

• 方法将临床上180例腭裂患者分为A、B两组,每组90例,A组病人术后伤口采用非吸收性丝线缝合,B组病人采用可吸收性缝合线缝合,分别观察术后1周内伤口出血、糜烂、穿孔及裂开情况,记录病人平均住院天数。
