Methods Two kidney two clip RHRSP were used in the present study. The content of prothrombin fragment 1+2(F1+2) and D dimer were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbant assay(ELISA) at w2, w4, w6, w8,w10, w12, w14 after operation.
