Methods The sera were directly hydrolyzed with neuraminidase to remove the terminal sialic acid residues on the sugar chains of GGT and eluted with DSA and ConA affinity chromatography column,the sugar chain structure of GGT was analyzed.

• 方法 以唾液酸酶水解 GGT糖链末端的唾液酸 ,再用 DSA和 Con A亲和层析柱对各种肝病患者血清 GGT进行洗脱 ,结合两种凝集素结合糖链的特性 ,分析其糖链结构。
