Methods Given 75 gram oral glucose tolerance and true insulin, insulin(INS), C peptide releasing tests in 99 cases including 30 impaired glucose tolerance (IGT group),30 normal glucose tolerance (NGT group)and 39 type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM group).
