Methods Adrenal gland malignant tumors were diagnosed by ultrasonography in 27 patients. Among them, 6 Cushing syndrome adenomas, 9 adrenogenital syndrome adrenocortical adenocarcinomas, 12 metastases were confirmed by surgery and pathology.

• 方法 应用超声显像对 2 7例肾上腺恶性肿瘤进行检查 ,最后经手术与病理等确诊为库欣皮质腺癌 6例 ,性征异常症皮质腺癌 9例 ,肾上腺转移瘤 12例。
