Method: this study examine the expression of Fas ,Ras in 50 cases of cancer ,50 cases of tissure 5 cm from gastric cancer and contrasting with 50 cases of tissure 5 cm from gastric ulcer as normal gastric mucosa by immunohistochemistry.

• 方法：本实验采用免疫组织化学SP法检测了Fas和Ras在50例胃癌组织和距胃癌5厘米的胃粘膜中的表达，并用同时期因胃溃疡行胃大部切除手术的标本50例，取距胃溃疡5厘米处的胃粘膜作正常对照。
