Method Retrospective analysis was performed on 45 cases of fetal anomalies with multiparous pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasonography in our hospital from January 2000 to June 2006.

• 方法回顾分析我院2000年1月至2006年6月在我院超声诊断异常多胎妊娠45例。结果多数异常多胎妊娠可在妊娠中期超声检查发现。
