MRCNS had a serious cross-resistance in aminoglycosides,guinolones,tetracycline,macrolides,sulfanilamide and,so the best choice for therapy is VAN. GEN,SXT,CIP,TET and CLI could be used for MSCNS,except VAN.

• MRCNS对氨基甙类、喹诺酮类、四环素类、大环内酯类、磺胺存在严重的交叉耐药现象,经验用药首选VAN,而MSCNS除VAN外,还可选用GEN、SXT、CIP、TET、cli。
