Ischemia/Reperfusion group: cross clasp left renal pedicle for 30 minutes followed by reperfusion, right renal pedicle left untouched, kidneys obtained on day 3, day 7, day 14 and day 28 after the operation, histological changeof both sides was observed.

• 缺血再灌注组:手术夹闭小鼠单侧肾蒂30min再开放建立单侧肾脏缺血再灌注损伤模型,建模后第3d、7d、14d、28d分别取肾脏标本,观察双侧肾脏病理变化。
