Intravenous thrombolytic treatment was performedin 41 patients with acute myocardial infarction. The QT dispersion (QTd) on ECG was measured beforeand after thrombolytic therapy.

• 对41例急性心肌梗塞（AMI）患者行静脉溶栓治疗，分别测定其溶栓治疗前后QT离散度（QTd），探讨QTd在判断急性心肌梗塞溶栓治疗疗效的临床应用价值。
