In this study, it was designed to carry out parthenogenetic activation of sheep oocytes derived from IVM under various time of mature culture, 6-DMAP co-culture , activation time, also with various concentration of ethanol.

• 试验采用乙醇法孤雌激活绵羊体外成熟卵母细胞,研究了卵母细胞体外成熟时间、6-DMAP处理时间、乙醇浓度以及激活时间,对绵羊卵母细胞孤雌激活效果的影响。
