In this study, immunocapture (IC)-RT-PCR and tube capture (TC) RTPCR were employed to detect two major viruses Apple stem grooving virus (ASGV) and Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV) in Pyrus pyrifolia samples.
