In this study, 17 strains of H5 and H9 subtype avian influenza virus (AIV)were isolated fromtrachea, cloacal swabs and tissue of chickens, gooses, ducks, pigeons and swines.

• 经过病毒分离从鸡、鸭、鹅、鸽子和猪等咽喉、泄殖腔棉拭子和体内样品中分离到17株鸡源、鹅源、鸭源、鸽源和猪源禽流感病毒，经负染后用电子显微镜观察，可见球形，外被囊膜的病毒颗粒。
