In this paper, we propose data model and case model of the equipment overall lifecyclemanagement system(ELMS) . The architecture of this system is three-level B/S. A wholeELM information database is built,and the prophase management of ELMS is developed.

• 提出了完整的设备全生命周期数据模型和功能模型,系统采用三层B/S结构,构建了完整的大型设备全生命周期信息库,开发出了设备全生命周期前期管理系统,并介绍了系统实现的一些关键技术以及系统的特点。
