In this paper, the content of polyphenols and chlorogenic acid were determined in different parts of artichoke, different growing stages, different growing environments and different extract solvents.

• 本实验中,对朝鲜蓟不同部位,不同生长期,不同生长环境条件下的多酚和绿原酸含量进行了分析,并比较了不同提取剂的提取效果,结果显示:多酚和绿原酸在叶片中的含量明显高于花托和苞片。
