In pH3.0 Britton-Robinson buffer solution,human serum albumin(HSA)reacts with tetrabromo(R)fluorescein(TBF) and forms a complex of HSA-TBF. The complex is adsorbed by microcrystalline wax,and shows a sensitive diffuse reflectance absorption at 555nm.
