In case of late arrival of the L/C,the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in shipment and shall have the right to rescind the contract and or claim for damages.

• 若进口人延迟开具信用证，出口方不对延迟装货承担责任，出口方有权取消合同，并对所受损失提出索赔。
