In Group C(n=30),the focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion model was made by inserting a wire(d=0.45mm) into middle cerebral artery(MCA) through ICA and common carotid artery(CCA) directly and pulling it out 3 hours later.

• C组30只；选择直径0.；45mm的导丝直接从CCA经ICA插至MCA起始部；3h后抽回导丝至CCA内进行线栓法局灶性脑缺血/再灌注模型的制作；并利用MRI和神经功能缺损评分对模型进行评价。
