In 14 cases of cholangiocellular carcinom a , 10 cases were positive for bcl-2 protein expression (71.4%) and no bcl-2 bre akpoint was found.

• 14例肝胆管癌中bcl 2蛋白阳性 10例 ,阳性率为 71 4%25 ,未发现bcl 2基因断裂 ,mbr和mcr均阴性。
