If the client makes significant change to the position description during the course of a search and if these call for a redirection of the search, a revised fee will be discussed and agreed.

• 若客户在搜索期间对职位描述作出重大改动并引致搜索内容须进行重新定位，则双方须就费用调整进行讨论并达成协议。
