If the Provider has not received the fee within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the complaint,the complaint shall be deemed withdrawn and the administrative proceeding terminated.

• 如果服务提供方在收到申诉书后十(10)天内没有收到应支付的费用，申诉书应视为被撤回，行政诉讼终止。
