HPLC/ESI/MS peptide mapping is a powerful tool for the analysis of rHuEPO. rHuEPO was digested with Glu-C and separated by microbore HPLC, and analyzed by online ESI/CID/MS. All the peptides and glycopeptides except a tripeptide were identified.
